The LEED Gold certified, six-story downtown Missoula office building is framed in structural steel with precast and brick exterior skin.聽 The building鈥檚 mixed-use interior mostly consists of offices, administrative stations, conference rooms and break areas.聽 The sixth level is a large gathering space with a full-service kitchen and exterior decks for private and community events.聽 And, the ground level has retail and restaurant spaces.
